how do you push application updates to your devices

I am having trouble pushing application updates to my devices.  I hove gone in and forced an application update through but the devices are still running an old application version?

As usual, please at least provide minimum details of your implementation, including:

- device platform (Android/Apple/Windows etc.) and firmware version

- enrollment mode (supervised/non-supervised for Apple, Classic Android+/AE work-profile/managed-device/COPE for Android, etc.);

- existing deployment method (apk in .pcg package or MGP/MG account for Android; .ipa enterprise app/ Apple apps store with personal- /managed Apple ID for Apple, etc.);

- version and build numbers of your MobiControl server and/or device agent;

- any error/warning message in the web-console, server log files or device agent log tab
