Auto Answer Speaker Phone on

We are investigating upgrading our fleet of devices. Previously we have used a third party app to automatically answer phone calls from contacts and turn speaker phone on. In Android 11 all the apps I have investigated so far are unable to turn the speaker phone on automatically. Does anyone have any tips to help achieve this? The units are connected to a bluetooth peripheral that is not a headset so I cannot set auto answer via tablet settings. Unfortunately it is not feasible for the operators to take their eyes off the road to turn speaker phone on. 

We are using Galaxy Tab Active Tab 3 with Android 11.

Thank you for posting in SOTI Central.

Your best bet is to contact Samsung B2B Support and explore this further via that avenue, it might be possible through KNOX Service Plugin or submitted as an FR to Samsung. Also, feel free to raise a Feature Request with SOTI too and we can look if it is possible for a future release.

To raise a Feature Request, send an email to support@soti.net / Log a Case and cover the following questions:

1. What is the business problem – use real-life scenario(s) to describe the problem/pain points.
2. Number of users impacted by this problem and how often.
3. What is being done to work around this problem.
4. What is the proposed solution?
