After Lockdown not all apps come back

Our customer has the problem
not all apps appear as desired after a lockdown.
The customer works here with Acer Tablets with the Android version 6.

MobiControl v.13.4.0.4339

Acer Tablets

A3-A20
A3-A40
B3-A20

The agents for Acer are up-to-date on the devices.

Does anyone have an idea?

How many items did they configure?  And how many kiosk items were known on the devices?  

Did your customer update the html template file to include more kiosk items?

The Customer has more than 1 Kiosk-Modes. 
But he has HTML Templates for 1 and for 2 Items

I want to clarify the problem your customer has. 

Did they fail to get kiosk menu with the right number of items they had configured?

OR the kiosk menu deployed was OK, but there were one or more apps missing after kiosk mode had been turned off?  If so, did the missing apps got hidden even after cold boot?

The Kiosk-Mode works correctly with only one or two apps.

But when customers turn off the kiosk mode (drag and drop to a folder without kiosk mode),
then apps will be hidden or shown as uninstalled in MobiControl.

If we unregister the Tablet from Mobicontrol, then the apps come back.

it seems like the kiosk mode will disappear visibly. But not 100%.
After a restart of the tablet, the problem still exists. Only if i delete/Unregister the Tablet from MobiControl.

The problem is only with Acer Tablets.

It appears only sporadically

What you observed was actually very interesting.  It's even trickier that the problem only appears sporadically, and not consistently every time kiosk mode gets toggled on and off.

Did you miss exactly one application every time? Or always missing the same app every time? Or variable/random number of apps that differs every time?

I think there were some implementation changes in kiosk and application run control in MobiControl v13.x.  It is possible that the problems rest on Acer device agents.  What other brands of devices/agents did you check?

I currently have no Acer device on hand to test, but I can check if we can observe similar problem in other brands on our v13.4.0.4339 server.  If so, the problem may come from the server side instead.

It is a random number of apps every time.

No, always another apps. 
The Customer has Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 ( Android+ ) Devices too. There is anything perfekt.

It is possible that the problems rest on Acer device agents
