Hello,
We have a Lock Down created, and one of the items we allow access to is Notifications.
In the lock down profile we use the text: action://net.soti.mobicontrol.VIEW_NOTIFICATIONS. This previously allowed users to view the notifications on the device, as though we had a notification 'app'.
However we recently have upgraded our devices, they are now Samsung Galaxy A50 devices using Android 9 (we were using a much lower android version).
Currently if a notification is received, they present at the top of the screen an in the drop down bar, the notification icon within the lock down also present a red circle with the number of notifications received. However when the user selects the notification icon - the notifications do not present. Instead a screen just reads: "Currently using Native Notifications (recommended for Android P+).
I have tried a couple other lines of text including:
Launch://net.soti.mobicontrol.VIEW_NOTIFICATIONS
Launch://com.android.settings/.Settings$NotificationStationActivity
Action://com.android.settings/.Settings$NotificationStationActivity
Is there anything else I can try to allow the user to see the Notifications when they enter 'app'?
I have attached some photos to try and show the problem I am having.
Thanks,
Natalie
