Hi guys,
When I enroll Samsung XCovers 4s with Android Enterprise agent - I cant browse them afterwards via USB from pc - or I can actually see the device under My Computer, but it's empty and I dont have the option on the device for "Use USB For: File transer" No restrictions are set.
It work without enrollement
Any good ideas?
Do you have a Feature Control profile applied? You likely need to apply one and then enable the USB debugging option within the profile since it will be restricted by default.
I have not :-) I did that now and removed the mark in "Disable USB File Transfer and USB Storage". Thanks a lot for your helo :-)
