What are the version and build numbers of your MobiControl server?

Is it possible that the deletion done has not been reflected in the web-console display due to delay caused by MobiControl Search module of MobiControl v14+?

could that be an Permission Problem?

I have in installed 15.3.* on the Test System and it was possible to delete Group Folders.

Did you have the Permission ?
