Hello,

When I try to delete a device group I receive an error that this cannot be done because a policy is still assigned to it.  I have checked and there are no policies nor profiles assigned to this group.  Is there a way to force the deletion through?

Hi Staci, we have the same issue on 2024.1.1 (not sure which version you have) and before we had to rollback after an upgrade to 2025.0.3 (because of another issue) we were able to verify it was solved with that version.

So, I recommend to ask the support if you may need to upgrade to 2025 to fix this issue or if your issue is caused by something else.

We are on 2024.1.2.  Seems reasonable that the glitch could still exist in this version.  I will reach out to support.  Thank you!

Hi Staci, a fellow user here!

Have you checked all possible policies found in the polocy menu? Sometimes you can click the info icon on the error too, is that an option for you?

Yes, there are no policies or profiles associated with this group.
