Hi.
I deleted a group with one device in it.
I cannot find the device...I assumed it would show in View All Devices.
Any idea how I can find that device that was in that group?
I don't have physical access to the device.

I figured this out.
I noticed "DBF141B3-9A1F-94CC-1BD0-AC737DCA85AD | 12/03/19 09:29:4 |Error Unknown device class name "
in the Deploy Server Activity report.
I then created another add device rule and set the Rule Tag = 'DBF141B3-9A1F-94CC-1BD0-AC737DCA85AD'
Then all I had to do was look in the Group that I assigned in the new Add Device Rule.
If you delete a group with device in it, it removes the device as well from SOTI console.
I assume mentioned device here was Windows CE/Mobile which keeps polling server with that device class name. When you created new Add devices rule with same class name, it kind of re-enrolled. But for Android Devices it doesn't work this way, you would have to physically re-enrol the device.
