Best report to run to see what devices are currently connected to SOTI?

Good Morning, I am looking for a way to generate a report to see what devices are currently on and connected to SOTI. I am pushing several App packages tonight and would like to have an idea of how many devices are currently connected at the time of the updates so I can monitor and support if needed.

I would also like to figure out a way to check what devices haven't connected in a while lets say 1 week or 1 month. What is the best method to achieve these two sets of data?

Do you have MobiControl 14.x or greater? If so I would recommend that you just run a dynamic search rather than a report. You can run a search for criteria like Agent Online = True to see all devices that are connected currently. You can also query things like Agent Connect Time to look for devices that haven't connect in a while. The reports are otherwise relatively rigid and arguably pretty bad.

With Mobicontrol v14.x+, the advanced search filter function on all devices mentioned by Matt provides excellent way to generate custom report.  Please note that you can configure what column(s) of device information to include with the "Columns View" function, and then use the "Export Device Liist" function to output a CSV report file for subsequent post-processing (e.g. sorting, plotting graphs, etc. with MS-Excel or similar software).
