If the issue still persist while generating the report, Please try to change the Web-Browser and make sure that nothing is blocking cookies or pop-ups. 

If both the computers are running on the different network, I would recommend please check the network.

In order to resolve this issue please follow these instructions:

1)Open SQL Server Configuration Manager (press “windows” key and type mmc, then choose “SQL Server Configuration Manager” application to run).

2)Go to SQL Server Network Configuration -> Protocols for SQLExpress and ensure that TCP/IP protocol is disabled.

3)Double click on this protocol to open properties window and change property “Enabled” from “No” to “Yes”.

4)Restart SQL Server service.

thanks for the description for to resolve the problem ..but i'm not sure I can do this due to the security on the SQL Server.

Here is it more info, I have two pc

one is my development computer and the other is my office computer

In my office computer, if I type the URL http://sotimobicontrol and display report it's work fine 

In my dev computer , if I do the same thing it's not work _ report is always blank _

I have installed java 8 last week perhaps it's the problem ..

But I need to keep the java 8 on my development computer..

the report work on my office computer for me it's ok …

Thats odd that you are experiencing this on one of your PC's and not the other as the fix that was provided is a missing setting on the server side and this usually fixes this issue. 

I'm going to assume by your comment that the one that is working was not updated to the same version of Java that the one that reports are working on.  

With that being said perhaps the Java version is causing this.  Before I suggest to create a case so that a Technician can look into this further, are you able to try and load the MC console on a third PC and let me know the JAVA version on that one, please?
