Unable to generate report, please try again later.

This was working but now I'm unable to run a report.  We have a cloud service and are using v13.4.  I saw on an ealier thread that someone else had the same problem and it was an MS-SQL package issue.  As we're using the cloud version we don't have access to the server in that way.  Can anyone assist?

I think you'd better send an email directly to support@soti.net to get a support ticket, as only Soti support team have full access to your cloud instance to debug and fix your problem.
