You must have a valid directory service or identity provider connection configured in SOTI MobiControl. SOTI MobiControl uses these credentials to verify which device users are authorized to access shared device features.

IDP was already configured and I can login. The issue is after the login process. 

Currently I was testing with the Admin group which should have full access in Mobicontrol. I was hoping to get more information on all the system requirements and setup for this process.

To further clarify what I am looking to do.

If I have IT login to device I would like it unlocked where they would have access to all applications on the device.

If I have any other user login. I want them restricted to a set of applications. 

Currently we employ Enterprise Homescreen on the devices but the company would like to know who physically has the device and have the use the company login to access it.

the IDP has been configured to enable single sign on for the web console currently. I am able to test a device with shared device on and it prompts for the login which I am also able to enter. 

The question is how do we define the device restriction for applications per container.

i   got the  same problem.   i dont know  exactly how  to take differents  apps , because when i create other  lockdown dont  recognize   the other lockdown profile.

I almost forgot that I had this out there. In the end I wrote my own application and deployed it to the devices to achieve the desired goal
