Hi I have upgraded to the latest version and also moved the install to a new server while doing so. When I am restarting the Mobicontrol Search Service it is giving me the error
A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not respind aftet the period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 10.1.0.27:9200
The IP address it states 10.1.0.27 is the IP of the old server. How can I change this to point to the new one?

did you have started on the new Server with an Fresh installation ?
Normally it is enough when you change the IP or DNS in the MC ADministration Utility and apply.
You have installed the Right Java on your new Server ?
Like MC 15.5.2 with the "OpenJDK11U-jdk_x64_windows_hotspot_11.0.14_9" ?

Thanks for requesting a response from SOTI Support Staff, Thank you Marcus for your inputs on the query. As Marcus suggested could you make sure java 11 is installed on the server. Also check for the search .yml file has right configurations.
