Remote control icon did not appear for some devices

Hello,

When I enter to some devices details, I did not get the icon of remote control. I attached 2 pictures about that.

Is there any missing plugin or else?

Take alook on the Supported API's. Here an Example from a Samsung Device:

You could try to send following script (legacy) to the device:

_resetfailedrcdetectionflag

restartagent
