I made an enterprise enrollment in 30 Honeywell EDA51 Android 8 (using QRCode) but in some devices(almost half) I only have Remote View instead of Remote Control.
All my devices have the same agent: 15.3.3.1069
I noticied that the Supported APIs is different in these devices.

it looks to me that the Honeywell Plugin is not installed on the Device.
After checking that the appropriate OEM specific AE-plugin has been installed on your problematic device, send the script
retryrcdetection
or
_resetfailedrcdetectionflag
to the device and verify that the active MDM API's include RC related item.
Hey, I know its an older post but we kinda face the same issue. Some of our Honeywell CT45XP devices are missing the Plugin / Supported API for RC Virtual Display. All devices all enrolled the same way (different enrollment rules but only for different groupings, the config is mostly the same).
Our workaround was to unenroll the affected devices and newly enroll them so the plugin would be downloaded. Can we push the plugin another way, as a package or script?
