I made an enterprise enrollment in 30 Honeywell EDA51 Android 8 (using QRCode) but in some devices(almost half) I only have Remote View instead of Remote Control.

All my devices have the same agent: 15.3.3.1069

I noticied that the Supported APIs is different in these devices.
