Hello!
I encountered the following issue: the SOTI agent does not start after installation on macOS.
The device is using basic profiles "Allow SOTI MobiControl agent in background", "App Catalog for macOS", and "Remote Control for macOS", installed on the SOTI server. In the MC.log on the macOS device, I see the following:

If the user manually starts the agent, it does not connect to the SOTI server and displays the error "App Not Configured". However, if Check-in is initiated, the SOTI agent will connect to the server afterward.
Has anyone encountered this issue?
