Service cant update as its not authenticated

I have a app installed on devices via an APK, but there is a notification that wont go away saying that the service cannot be updated as the service is not authenticated. How do I authenticate this so the message disappears?

I believe you should contact the technical support team or developer of your app to find any possible fix.

Check the APK source: Ensure that the APK file you installed on the devices is obtained from a trusted source and is not modified or tampered with. If the APK is from an unreliable or unauthorized source, it may cause authentication issues.

Verify the app permissions: Make sure that the installed app has the necessary permissions to access the required services and resources on the device. Check the app's settings or permissions menu to ensure it has appropriate access rights.

Try Clear cache and data if possible: Go to the device's Settings, navigate to the Apps or Application Manager section, find the installed app, and clear its cache and data. This action will remove any temporary files or settings that might be causing the authentication issue.

Reinstall the app: If clearing the cache and data does not resolve the problem, try uninstalling the app from the device and reinstalling it. Make sure to download the APK file from a trusted source and follow the installation instructions correctly.
