After I updated the devices, users are reporting an error with "Google play services stopped."

Do you have any advice on how to either update / deactivate the service.?

I dont use a google account on device i Play, only APK files in profiles or Policy with google play apps installed.

I aim for "no error on screen", so If I need to cancel using policies with Google play apps, in order to deactivate a service, then I can find the APK files for the few programs I need.
