MobiControl Stage "Enter Values for Device"

MobiControl Server Version 14.4.2.1307. Device is a Symbol/Motorola MC92NO. I have printed a barcode setup sheet and using MobiControl Stage. Most devices connect with no problem. A couple ask for "Enter Values for Device" during the setup process. I am not sure what values that it wants.

If the problematic devices are of the same brand/mode/firmware version as those that work, then why not just redo everything. 

I GUESS maybe some of the parameter in the barcode cannot be retrieved/decoded properly and thus a user prompt for missing parameter value is popped up.
