Datalogic Skorpio X3 and Mobicontrol on Premise.

Hello everyone.

I'm using Mobicontrol

I received a request to try out some Older devices on Mobicontrol.

We got Datalogic Skorpio X3 and X4 (Win CE6 et Win CE7)

The Skorpio X4 works pretty well, and enrollement was quite easy.

For the X3...seems that the server running mobicontrol got some issues with TLS 1.0

We reactivaetd it. , tried to see if there was issues with cypher, but can't find wich one is used.

So..if someone got those kind of device , connected on a premise version of Mobicontrol , i would gladly accept some help...

Quick update about this case

we got to make it communicate to Mobicontrol

but so far...Still stuck . got en arror  "Cannot send data to server" on device.

And this in MCDeplSvr

Thanks for requesting a response form SOTI Support Staff. 

I would suggest you open a case and we can look into it further, as I can see this device is not certified in our database.
