I would need to see how you configure fusion profile exactly. 

Some hints below -

MC32N0 -  Allow Mixed Mode. By default, this option is not selected. For the MC32N0 it is enabled by default and is not permitted to be unselected. Please make sure this option is selected when configuring your fusion setting in Mobicontrol barcode generator.

MC3190 - Stage client is not able to handle the following options management profile and IPv6. Do not modify those options.

I was able to pull a log file from the handheld from the root directory (\) after the error. Here is the text:

Looks like for some reason my certificate is causing the problem Error(6). I've tried without the certificate and it works however, I really need that certificate to be included in the barcodes to authenticate with my AP. 

The error says it is not present in the certificate store but when I import the cert into MobiStage and scan the barcodes it does indeed install a certificate and then fails. I checked control panel and the certificate is installed in the cert store. Here is some pictures of what I have:

Can you download the latest version of the MobiControl Stage Barcode generator from https://www.soti.net/products/mobicontrol/download/ and try making the similar profile including your certificate?

This was completed using the latest version of the Bar-code generator. I have been in contact with SOTI HQ Support, it has been suggested there may be an issue with the installation timing of the certificate and the WIFI profile. This will need to be addressed by the SOTI development team to proceed further as it seems to affect multiple Motorola/Zebra based devices running multiple hardware types/operating systems. You may review the log previously posted and photos of the configuration for reference. Note the failure to find the certificate in the device certificate store in the log file, the issue is not experienced when the certificate is omitted from the Fusion configuration however, that defeats my organizations purpose for using MobiControl Stage as an option to provision our store handhelds. I currently have a work around requiring two sets of bar-codes which is less than ideal. I greatly appreciate the help looking into this matter for me. If there is any other information that I can provide just let me know.

I believe this is the latest version SMod@Soti was referring in his post, I seems to be one version higher.

Is this build currently in production? The download link provided in a previous post to download the bar-code generator software is out of date. It will only download version 13.2.0 build 3247 I just tried this around 7:45AM this morning. Please send me a new link to download the software or send me the .zip file directly if possible. This log was extracted after scanning the bar codes with MobiControl Stage Version 13.2.0 Build: 3345

The certificate is installing in the certificate store on the device as it should, there is no change in the error when running the bar codes a second time after the cert is installed. Is the application looking in the wrong place for the certificate? 

Does the name of the certificate affect where or what the application looks for when verifying that the certificate is present in the store?

I can only find one log file that is being written to the device after scanning the bar codes posted above
