Hello,
We have Samsung devices with lockdown, with Disable Status Bar Expansion, so the user may not display QuickSettings. But, when the battery is below 10% there appears a low battery notification, and the user may display QuickSettings from it.
Is there any way to disable such notifications or Quick Settings completly?

Based on my testing, you will always receive a low battery alert when the battery is at 15% and 5%. This is a default in the Android system UI and cannot be changed.
In the lockdown profile I created for testing, I enabled the three features as seen in the screenshot below.
When the low battery notification displayed on the lockdown screen, I received the message "Security policy prevents changing settings" when I pressed the notification.
Please check your lockdown settings to ensure that the "Disable Settings Changes" feature is enabled.
If it is not enabled, please enable it and let us know if this stops the users from being able to edit settings.
