Software can be deployed using MobiControl Package Studio. Please see below for steps:

Download Package Studio from the Packages Tab
Create Package Project: Link to Help Guide
Build Package Project: Link to Help Guide
Add Package into MobiControl using the Add button in the Packages Tab: Link to Help Guide
Create a Profile in the Profiles tab to deploy the package to specific devices
