Would it be possible to retrieve a specific file in a specific folder on the device (logs generated by our work application) through API ?
After research it appears that no, but I would like to have confirmation.
Do you have an alternative solution or do we have to use a sync file rule ?

Thank you for your post, unfortunately, we do not have the option to pull files from the device using API but you can use File Sync Rule. Select "Upload file(s) from Devices to Server" to download it to the server.
