Many operations do not have corresponding script command even if it is possible to see some log with watchsettings turned on.  In fact, such support is available in a very small subset of device brands on the market.   In your case, as watchsettings does not work, it is highly likely that there is no advanced script command related to Settings on your device model.  You can confirm this by opening an official support ticket with Soti support team.
