Location Tab Stuck on Loading Screen

Hi all,

I am currently working on setting up a geofence for our Honeywell CK65 devices. The problem is when I click onto a device and click the "Location" tab I am presented with a persistant loading screen.

I have attempted to use diffrent browsers, disabled firewall, checked to see if the location settings were enabled on the device ect. None of these have worked.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Have you checked in MCadmin Utility self-test tab or System-Health tab of more recent MobiControl v15.x web-console that connection to Soti "location" service is OK (i.e. with a "green" tick)?

Also, have you checked the various MobiControl server (DS, DSE, MS) log files for entries with timestamps within the time period you had the persistent loading screen?

I checked the system health and under Soti Services it just says "Loading..." so I have a feeling I am having issues with any service.

Thank you for posting on SOTI Pulse! 

Just to confirm, is this on a cloud or on-prem environment? If this is a cloud environment, I would suggest that you should contact Soti Technical Support team on getting your services restarted.

If it is an on-prem environment, please check your MobiControl Administration Utility and see if your services are running properly.
