Zebra TC77, Android 11
SD cards are automatically disconnected. I didn't do any upgrade. It started on its own. What can it be?

Actually, you need to deploy a profile with feature control payload even if you don't want to disallow any feature (i.e. have all feature control options allowed/disabled). If there is no feature control payload deployed, some feature control options will be assumed to be disallowed by default, at least for some device brands/models.

Based on the above suggestions, please follow the steps below to enable 'Allow Mounting Physical External Media' using Feature Control through the Work Managed Profile:
1. Navigate to the Hamburger menu.
2. Go to Profiles.
3. Click on the '+' icon.
4. Select Android.
5. Choose Work Managed.
6. Go to Configuration.
7. Select Feature Control and enable the Physical Media
Please follow these steps and assign the profile to the affected devices. Let us know if the issue is resolved or if it still persists
