Web Remote Control without function

Hello,

Since a certificate renewal, the WEB remote control no longer works.
The following error occurs after a while:

Error: The Session has been closed. Please try again. Error Code: 1000

What certificate are you talking about?

Only problem with remote control, but not with any other functionalities of the web-console?

What are the version and build numbers of your MobiControl? Is it an on-premises or a cloud instance?
