remote session crash

By opening a remote control session to a device (we are using CK75 and CK65), the session crashes (for a network issue or any other reason), we can not open again a session to this device. SOTI Assist version is 3.0.1.15 (latest version). The error message that I get is :

even with holding down the left-Ctrl key the session can not be started.

Any experience about that and any solution.

Close all your browser sessions associated with the web-browser running your MobiControl web-console, and then log-in agian to your web-console with a brand new browser session.

Thank you for posting in SOTI Central.

On top of Raymond's response, I also suggest you execute the "retryrcdetection" script action. If that doesn't help you can try:

_resetfailedrcdetectionflag
restartagent

Then alternatively:

del /data/data/net.soti.mobicontrol.elm.samsung/files/rc.ini
del /data/data/net.soti.mobicontrol.elm.samsung/shared_prefs/app.xml
_resetfailedrcdetectionflag
restartagent

(replace the bundle ID for the appropriate agent in use)
