By opening a remote control session to a device (we are using CK75 and CK65), the session crashes (for a network issue or any other reason), we can not open again a session to this device. SOTI Assist version is 3.0.1.15 (latest version). The error message that I get is :
even with holding down the left-Ctrl key the session can not be started.
Any experience about that and any solution.
