Thanks for putting up your question to Soti Central, I have checked the web console of server s 115421. Everything is up and running from my end. I restarted the services and checked again. It's working fine. However, If you have been given permissions from an admin account and you're using it as a user. You can check with the admin, there can be restrictions blocking you to enter the web console.
