When migrating  an existing implementation to a new server hardware, there are a lot of issues to consider to determine the steps required and to ensure that the whole process is seamless and no device eventually gets out of control.  

Regarding software license (reg-code), Soti needs to be contacted to have the reg-code reset, so that it can be reused in activating the migrated new instance.
