Renamed and deleted some default locations/groups and now none show up in the Enrollment Policy

Pre-sales had us setup with an enrollment policy that was applied from factory reset with a QR code.

I was renaming Groups in locations and now when I try to enroll a device it fails and I notice I cannot select a group from within that profile.

Now I can't enroll any devices.
