After upgrade, the MC console to 15.3.0.6713-File sync rule problems-On Cloud

After upgrade, the MC console to 15.3.0.6713 The agents status is showing connected, waiting for server response and for new enrolling the devices it giving an error Enrollment failed, please retry or contact your system administrator. This issue has happened to the entire production device.

Once we disable the file sync rule all the agents are back to normal(agent status-connected) and we are able to Enroll new devices.

In our environment, the File Sync rule is used to run the script (enabling the Default application in AE devices).Agent Status

We have disabled the file sync rule temporary, next day on troubleshooting we enable the file sync rule, all the agents are back to normal(agent status-connected) and we are able to Enroll the new devices.

If you're having to run a File Sync Rule based script to re-enable Default System Applications after an AE enrollment then you might want to investigate using a better enrollment method. I assume you are using afw#mobicontrol (DPC Identifier method) for enrollment if that is the position that you're in. NFC or QR based enrollment, or Honeywell Enterprise Provisioner or Zebra StageNow, will leave system apps untouched during enrollment.

Yes, We have enrolled the devices in two methods, AFW#Mobicontrol disable all default application and if we enroll QR Enable all default applications. But our requirement for the production team is a few selected default application only need to be enabled in the device.

To achieve this task only way in MC is to enable the selected default app by running the script( FIle Sync Rule)
