We have version 15.3 on prem,

I am trying to enrol Windows Servers 2012 or 2019, the MCagent says installed successfully, but is not connecting back to the console, nor is any logs being created on the console to indicate that the device is\has being registered.

I created a desktop rule along with device agent manager, created a Microsoft windows 2019 and 2012 agent.

Any help on this would be appreciated?
