Kindly try to use the following command as well and let us know the outcome of that

connect -f

 Where -f forces the device agent to connect regardless of configuration or setup settings.

In case it does not work out so i would request you to share the following details with us

Device manufaturer and os version on which you are testing

Screenshot of the message section , where it is showing this as a unknown command

Currently it is not possible to disable this but I encourage you to open a new case with SOTI Support (email: support@soti.net) and we can help you to raise a Feature Request.

As a workaround, you can implement an Out Of Contact policy so the device attempts to reconnect after a period of time. Please see the screenshot below:

Hi, sorry for late reply.

The command connect has not worked properly. It claims as unknown command.

I have set in connection setting for reconnect on 10 seconds and it has improved. The main issue is the server start to enlarge its queue length, because of too much reconnections that are not caused by end user request.
