is there any possibility to shutdown the device via SOTI?

Unfortunately shutdown isn't working.

Thanks for the post!

Please send the below legacy script to turn off the device:

shutdown [delay]
Where delay is a time period in seconds.

Example:
To turn off the device:
shutdown

To turn off the device in 25 seconds:
shutdown 25
