Lost Location feature after Server migration

Aloha,

We recently migrated our server from onsite to SOTI cloud. During this move, we are not able to view any devices using the locations feature. All my setting are set correctly. We have a data collection rule for our GPS history and the data is being collected, we just can't view anything. Has anyone encountered this problem? Mahalo for your time. I suggest ypu to open a support ticket directly with Soti support team to check what is wrong with your cloud instance.
