Are you referring to Agent and Plugin Upgrade settings? 

Yes thats what i ment.

I mean you are able to switch between devices right here:

So the settings made should be just directed to that device type i thought.

Acctualy it gets changed for all device types using the "same" setting, although its differently named for android and WEH legacy devices too.
