Unable to enable Bluetooth

Hello,

I am having an issue where all Android devices state that the Bluetooth was disabled by admin. I am unsure of what setting is causing this as I have enabled the Bluetooth within the Feature Control and within the OEM Config. I was able to force the devices to turn their Bluetooth on with a script but Scanning and Discovery are not working. The devices are TC21 with Android 13. What setting could be causing this to occur?

Thanks

I don't have any TC21 running Android 13 to check or do any test.  If Zebra software for bluetooth paring and related functions on your device has not been enabled when enrolled as Android-Enterprise device, you have to manually enable it with enable_system_app script.  The bundle-ID of the app should likely be com.zebra.bluetooth, but you have to confirm on your particular device and firmware version.
