known issues with latest android enterprise agent 15.3.2.1042

Hi,

Are there any known issues with the latest android enterprise agent 15.3.2.1042.

The upgrade via mobicontrol is not working for us.

We have TC70 and TC72 devices and the upgrade is not working via Mobicontrol on none of our devices.

If we do a clean install it will install the latest agent. This is via afw#mobicontrol.

Please provide details about the steps you took to do your upgrade, and any warning/error messages shown on the device screen or in the Mobicontrol server log files/tab/notifications.

BTW, is there any particular reason why you have to upgrade the device agent for existing enrolled devices?  Is it for any particular new feature(s) or some specified bug fixed?  If not, and if the reason is just  to maintain consistency across different devices of the same model, one can also choose to enroll new devices with an older agent version used in other existing devices rather than with the default latest device agent.

Could you please let me know what issues are you facing with the latest agent? Also if you let us know the error message that you are receiving when trying to upgrade the agent manually? How are you upgrading the agent, can you provide screenshots please?
