Are you using OEM specific device agent or generic Android-Enterprise device agent on your devices?  

What are the active MDM API's reported on the device agent or web-console?

What about the version and build numbers of your server and device agent?

And finally, what device brand/model(s)?

We are usting iSafe Devices IS530 with Generic Agent. Agent version 14.4.3 . Mobi control Version: 15.1.1.1184

Where I can find the Active MDM APIs on web console ?

For the active MDM APIs, click on a device and go to the  leftmost "Device Details" tab.  Look for the field "Supported APIs".

From your reported MDM api's, I can confirmed that you are using generic Android-Enterprise device agent in Managed-Device mode on your iSafe devices.  I could not find any related standard script command defined by Google in their on-line documentations for Android developers.   I cannot rule out possibility of Google adding new generic script command/argument to support your required function on all AE devices in the future.

I also checked the Managed Google Play store and there is no OemConfig compliant app released by ISafe, and the alternative path of getting such control from the OEM firmware released by ISafe is thus also close.
