I am new to SOTI MobiControl. We are using Zebra TC27 devices running Android 14. These devices do not have an internet connection, but we need voice input functionality on them. Offline packages are available for this purpose, and I can install them successfully when doing so manually. How can I deploy these language packages to the Android devices using SOTI?

When you said your devices do not have internet connection, did you actually mean they only have wireless/wireline connection to INTERNAL/PRIVATE CORPORATE network for communication with the MobiControl server?
Also, please provide details on the file format(s) and manual installation procedure(s) for your so-called offline language package(s).
With the above information, it is usually possible to decide whether to choose file-sync policy or .pcg package to deploy the files to the devices, followed by execution of relevant MobiControl scripts and/or Zebra MX related commands to complete the installation/configuration of the deployed files.

Please excuse the limited information provided. I thought this might be a standard issue with a standard solution.
Brief technical details:
I allowed one scanner access to the internet and was able to install the Google offline language pack via the GUI (Keyboard -> Gear icon -> Offline Language Pack -> Download). Since I would prefer not to have to gather all the scanners—and want to ensure the pack is installed on the scanners during new deployments—I would like to handle this via SOTI management. Unfortunately, I am unsure which package is required (Google Offline Language Pack), how to identify and download the necessary files, and which deployment method to use.

I originally thought that you were referring to package downloadable from Zebra support web site.
As you has just clarified that the language pack is actually downloaded from Google via device GUI (Keyboard -> Gear icon -> Offline Language Pack -> Download), the file-sync or .pcg package approaches mentioned in my earlier post cannot be used unless there are independent access to the package file(s) for MDM deployment, and known procedures (documented by Google) to get the file(s) installed and properly configured.
