Hi,
did someone also received following errors?
Device configuration failed (Error renewing certificate "CN=xxx" from template 4)
Device certificate renewal failed (Certificate s/n "123", Issued to "xxx")
The Wi-Fi certificates don't renew automatically or manually and configurations with certificates also won't install on new devices.
Our Mobicontrol version is 15.1 and it's on-premise.

we have open a support case long time ago and the issue was solved by SOTI support. In our case it was an expired certificate on the PKI server, if relevant for other SOTI customers if they encounter the same issue.

Thank you for requesting a response from SOTI Support Staff.
I'm hesitant to fully claim this is the same issue without a proper review of logs and configurations.
But this may be a related issue reported issue in v15.1 that was fixed in v15.1.5 and up - Per our release notes

Opening a support case via support@soti.net would allow use to perform a proper investigation and confirm if this was the same issue reported.
