I defined 2 custom attributes for my devices, one of which being "Department" = the department that owns the device.
This attribute is properly shown in the dashboard grid, but a 'chart' does not seem to take the name into account...
everything is being reported as 'Unknown'?
Using SOTI MobiControl 14.2.1.4394 (on premise)
I have not had any success using Custom Attributes or Data in the charts. I do not think it works.
Hello Steven - Can you please reach out to our support department and create a support ticket for this. We will have to check why the charts are not reading the values from custom data. Thank you.
