"Unknown" Last Connect Date and Agent Checkin Time Graphs for Android Devices

We are having problems getting accurate results in the "Last Connect Dates" and "Agent Checkin Time" graphs within SOTI.

It appears that we are only seeing this problem on Android Enterprise devices as we have the same graphs setup for Windows devices and get accurate results.

Android Enterprise devices show as "Unknown" on each graph even though this information is available on the device  details page.

We setup columns in the dashboard to show this information per each device which shows accurate information but business is requesting this in a graphical form. It would be nice to be able to use the graphs that already exist on the dashboard for this purpose.
