Hi everyone,
I am using a SunMi V2s with GMS. As soon as I do a SOTI enrollment all of the internal SunMi functions seem blocked. (or the necessary apps are not installed automatically)
The scan buttons dont react. And the printer test app is missing.
Is there a configuration or setting to enable this function again?

In case you did the enrollment via a QR code (that is my guess), you have an option there to enable all system applications. Please use that in order to gain access to all missing functionalities. Best is to factory reset your device, generate a new code and try again.
This can also be the case for Zero-touch-portal enrollment, but you can add the mentioned setting there as well and the procedure is the same afterwards (wipe device and re-enroll it after the change).

that did do the trick. The scan button is working again, however the "normally" pre installed app are missing.
(scanner setting app, printer setting app, etc.)
If you only want to enable some and NOT ALL of the apps bundled with the device, you can first untick the "Enable all system app" option in either ZTE portal or Soti Stage Programmer app (for enrollment with QR code). before having the device reboot/enrolled. Upon completion of the enrollment process, the "enable_system_app bundle_ID" legacy script command can be sent to the device agent for unhiding the specific app identified with the its Bundle ID. The list of apps (including the hidden ones) and their bundle ID can be found in the "Applications" tab of the device selected in the web-console.
