No Notifications - Set Background/Lock screen Image

Hello,

We have Lenovo devices so the user may not display any notifications.

Apps are blocked, but still notifications are popping up.

writesecuresetting -sec  lock_screen_allow_private_notifications 0

writesecuresetting -sec  lock_screen_show_notifications 0

But I assume this command is only for Samsung. Is there also one for a Lenovo Tab 3 10?

As well I tried to set a background/lock screen image in SOTI MobiControl 14.4.1 (via advanced option) but this doesn't work at all.

Does somebody have any idea how to change this?

Hello Sebastian,

Could you provide the information, How your devices are enrolled(Android Plus or AE). If, its Android Enterprise, have you tried applying Feature Control Disable All notification?

Assuming you're using Android Enterprise, have you installed the manufacturer specific plugin? writesecuresetting permission will not be granted to the SOTI agent until the plugin has been installed.

we are using Android Plus. 

MobiControl is installed (Lenovo IdeaPad) and it working good.

Can I use AE together with A+? Aren't they overrulling eachother?

Hello Sebastian,

You won't be able to use Android Enterprise Plugin on Android Plus device. It will conflict or won't install on device.

If I remember correctly,  Lenovo Android+ device agent do not support  writesecuresetting  script command not any option to set background/lock screen image.  Please reconfirm officially with Soti support team.
