Account activation Pending?

Good Morning,

I have 5 devices stuck on the account activation pending and will not complete the enterprise enroll. We have enrolled over 150 devices using the same enrollment method and ID, however my most recent batch have not completed. Any advice or ideas here?

The most likely cause is the devices do not have an open network connection to the Google Play Services. The devices need to be able to communicate with Google Play during that enrollment process in order to have a service account assigned.

Another possibility is that you're working with Non-GMS/AOSP devices. If that is the case this will say pending forever as the devices cannot be assigned a service account without GMS capabilities.

Another possibility is that the devices are GMS based but you have GMS features like Google Play blacklisted or disabled on the device.

Another possibility is that everything is configured correctly but there is currently a logjam on the Google Play servers that is delaying the assignment to your devices.
