I have a problem with SOTI Mobicontrol server. The server not sync new domain users and I can't add new admins/techs users to manage SOTI server.
The connection between SOTI and AD are ok; I checked few times.
What can I check more?

Version 14.3.0.3144. I don't know when was the last time when it worked because I didn't need to change anything until now. How can I check when was last sync?
Nothing changed in at least 1 year.

could it be possible that the Password from the User what you are using for the AD Sync has changed ?
So is it not Possible to sync new users, and the old users are existing.
We had the issue in 15.1 after changing the Password no AD User was able to login.
