Schedule email not working

i tried to schedule an email i added all the info needed but still the receiver email didn't receive anything

Hi,

When you try send a test e-mail from your SMTP settings Hamburger Menu -> Global Settings -> SMTP can you get any test e-mail well?

Hi Abdelrahman,

If you haven't used e-mail  related functions before on your MobiControl server,  you should first test to confirm the SMTP setup is correct by clicking the button mentioned by Zafer

Then, modify the alert policy to include device status/event that can be easily created on a test device, have it deployed and see if email can be generated when the specify device state/event condition is met.

If successful,  the schedule mechanism can finally be tested.

If the MobiControl server has previously been used to successfully send e-mail, then check if there has been any recent change made to the SMTP server or corporate firewall configuration.
